Products & Ingredients

  • Are the products truly 100% natural?

Yes, we exclusively select products that harness the power of nature. We avoid synthetic fillers and harsh chemicals. Every ingredient on our list is chosen with respect for both your skin and the planet.

  • Why do I see 'Parfum' on the ingredients list?

 It might seem contradictory for a natural brand, but 'Parfum' (or Fragrance) is the legally required umbrella term for a product’s aromatic blend. Within our collections, this is always 100% natural. We exclusively use flower and fruit extracts and pure essential oils—never synthetic fragrances or harmful phthalates.

  • What are Linalool, Limonene, and Geraniol?

Rest assured, these are not added chemicals. They are natural components that occur inherently in plants and essential oils, such as lavender or citrus. Since a small percentage of people may be sensitive to them, we are legally required to list them individually. Think of it as an extra layer of transparency for your skin’s safety.

  • What is COSMOS Organic certification?

When you see this logo on our products, you are looking at the gold standard for organic cosmetics. COSMOS Organic doesn't just guarantee that ingredients are organic; it audits the entire process—from eco-friendly production and processing to biodegradable packaging. It is your ultimate assurance that the product is as green as it claims to be.

  • Why is a product 100% natural, but not 100% organic?

Not everything from nature can be classified as 'organic.' Ingredients like water, clay, salt, and minerals are not 'grown' on a farm; therefore, they can never legally carry the organic label, despite being 100% natural. Additionally, some of our botanicals are wild-harvested or sourced from small-scale farmers who practice natural farming but do not hold expensive organic certifications.

  • Is Kind Essentials suitable for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. Our philosophy is based on gentleness. Because everyone is unique, we always recommend testing a new product on a small patch of skin first (e.g., the inside of your wrist).

  • Are the products cruelty-free?

Yes. We believe that beauty should never come at the expense of animals. All of our partners share this value.

  • Do I really not need a night cream?

Exactly! Many night creams contain fillers that only sit on the surface. Our serum is "nutrition in a bottle." It gives your skin the building blocks it needs to truly repair itself overnight, no heavy cream required.

  • Does the day cream contain sun protection?

The Pure Botanical Day Cream is our "Botanical Barrier." The raspberry seed oil in the cream acts as a natural antioxidant shield against environmental stress. It offers beautiful, clean protection for daily use, but it doesn't have an official SPF rating. For a day in bright, direct sunlight, we recommend wearing a mineral sunscreen over the cream.

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely with us using iDEAL, Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard), and PayPal.

  • Will I receive an order confirmation?

We will send you a confirmation email immediately after you place your order. Haven't received it after 10 minutes? Please check your spam folder or contact us.


Shipping & Delivery

  • When will my order be delivered?

We do our best to ship your package within 1-2 business days.

  • What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands is €4.99. If you order more than €50, shipping is on us.


Returns

  • Can I return an opened product?

Generally, for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging. However, if you have experienced an allergic reaction or are genuinely unsatisfied, please contact us so we can find a suitable solution together.

At Kind Essentials, we do our best to ship your package with the same level of care we use to select our products.

Below you will find everything you need to know about receiving and, if necessary, returning your order.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Time: We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a Track & Trace code from us.
  • Postal & Packing Costs:

Netherlands: €4.99 (Free shipping on orders over €50).

  • Carrier: We ship our packages via PostNL / DHL / DPD / FedEx.


Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

It can happen, of course, that a product isn't quite what you expected. No worries—you always have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason.

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. We will then refund the full order amount, including shipping costs.

Please note the conditions: Due to the nature of our products (hygiene and skincare), we can only accept returns if the seal is unbroken and the product is unused and undamaged in its original packaging.


How do I return an item?

  1. Register your return by sending an email to info@kindessentials.nl with subject: Return #Order Number
  2. Pack the product carefully (preferably use the original shipping box).
